1. Membership
The membership is an agreement between the member and Cali Club, VAT no. 42789437, or its affiliated companies (hereinafter "Cali Klubben"). A membership is personal and cannot be used by anyone other than the member. Changes in personal data such as name, address, email, phone number, bank, account number, etc., must be immediately reported to Cali Club at info@caliklubben.dk or corrected by the member through the member access in the member portal.
The membership grants access to training facilities associated with the specific membership. The membership allows training during the time slots associated with the specific membership. All memberships are ongoing and thus bound by the notice period.
1.1 Access to the Center
You must always use a membership chip (physical) to access the center when subscribing to any of our memberships, whether it's open training or group training.
If you lose the chip and need a new one, it costs 100 DKK to get a replacement.
The membership and the membership chip are personal and may not be used by anyone other than the member. Misuse is a violation of these rules. Only members have access to the training areas, and it is not permitted to let others into the center.
Access to the center for non-members can only occur with permission from the center's staff, e.g., in connection with open house and other events or by purchasing a 'Drop-in'.
1.3 Group Training and Registration Rules
Our group registration system is in collaboration with "YOGO".
Upon your member registration, you must register a login, which you will use in the future to log in and sign up for our group sessions and open training times.
Afternoon/Evening Classes Registration Deadline
You can sign up for a class right up until the class starts.
Canceled class: 1,5 hours before the class start, the classes of the day will be canceled if only 1 person has signed up. You will receive an email notification if the class is canceled. This means that there MUST be at least 2 registered for the class to be held.
Therefore, it is important to sign up for the class you want to attend in good time.
Morning Classes Registration Deadline
You can sign up for morning classes right up until the class starts.
Canceled class: At 8:00 PM the day before the class start, it will be canceled if only 1 person has signed up. You will receive an email notification if the class is canceled. This means that there MUST be at least 2 registered for the class to be held.
Therefore, it is important to sign up for the class you want to attend in good time.
All members with the 'Group' subscription who have not signed up for a class still have the opportunity to participate in the class as long as it is not full, and the member arrives on time. Otherwise, it is a first-come, first-served principle.
Those who have registered for the class have reserved their spot.
Cancellation Deadline
All cancellations of registered classes must be made up to 1,5 hours before the class starts. If a member does not show up for the registered class, a zero-tolerance no-show fee of 30 DKK will be automatically applied.
For morning classes, cancellation must be made by 8:00 PM the day before the class starts.
Too late cacellation deadline.
All cancellations within the 1,5 hours before the class starts, there will still be a zero-tolerance no-show fee of 30 DKK will be automatically applied
Check-in
It is the member's own responsibility to remember to check in before the class starts. If a member forgets to check in, it will be counted as a no-show fee of 30 DKK.Check-in must be done at our set-up check-in kiosk or at the instructor of the beginning of class.After 10 minutes, the doors will be closed, and the check-in function turned off.If you experience problems with Registration/Cancellation, please contact us by phone or email at info@caliklubben.dk.
2. Punch Cards
Punch cards must be used within 6 months. The card will be activated on the date of purchase.
If you are unable to attend a class, remember to cancel at least 1,5 hours before the class's start time. Otherwise, we will automatically deduct a punch from your card. You can cancel through your profile.
The punch card is personal, and therefore, it cannot be shared with others
3. Changes
Cali Club reserves the right to make changes to offerings, opening hours, and terms and conditions. Changes can take effect no earlier than 2 weeks after they have been announced on Cali Club's website www.caliklubben.dk or by email.
4. Duration
A membership is ongoing and continues until it is terminated according to section 10.
5. System
As a member of Cali Club, you will have access to our member portal, which is in collaboration with YOGO. Through this, you will be able to update payment cards, sign up for classes, and much more.
6. Payment
Payment for the order occurs as soon as the membership begins. As soon as the membership begins, i.e., upon registration, the member has registered and paid for their membership and can book classes, receive a membership chip. The information you enter when using a payment card is sent directly to Reepay in encrypted form, meaning only Reepay can read this information. Cali Club.dk or YOGO does not have access to these.
All prices are stated in DKK.
Cali Club.dk reserves the right to continuously change the current business conditions. If significant changes occur, this will be informed by sending an email to the member. It is the member's responsibility to stay updated on this. Cali Club.dk automatically withdraws the monthly fee from your credit card via Reepay. After purchase, the purchase cannot be canceled.
We do not refund for the establishment of a membership, course, personal training, or workshop at Cali Club.
7. Late Payment
If the ongoing payment is not made on time, a reminder letter will be sent to the member, and a reminder fee of 100 DKK will be charged, with interest accruing at 2% per commenced month. If the member does not pay within 10 days after the due date, Cali Club has the right to terminate the membership without further notice. In addition, Cali Club reserves the right to charge the amount for the remaining part of the relevant payment period. The member's access will be blocked, and the member will be excluded from all forms of training at Cali Club until payment of Cali Club's receivable is made, after which the member is again entitled to use Cali Club's facilities until the end of the relevant payment period.
8. Price Changes
Price changes are announced on the website/email no later than 2 weeks before the price changes take effect. The member is responsible for staying updated on this. If the member thereafter does not wish to maintain their membership due to the price changes, the member is entitled to terminate their membership according to the procedure in section 10.
9. Suspension Periods
The membership can be suspended for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months. The start and end dates of the suspension period must be specified at the beginning of the suspension period. The suspension period must be sent to info@caliklubben.dk. A fee of 100 DKK is charged for each suspension period. It is not possible to suspend a membership during a cancellation period, and any suspension will be canceled if the membership is terminated.
You can only suspend from the 1st of the month, and the suspension can be lifted at any time during the month. You will then be billed for the remaining days after the suspension is lifted.
10. Termination of Memberships
Memberships can be terminated at any time with a notice period of the current month + 1 month, unless otherwise stated at registration.
Termination of membership can simply be done by sending an email to info@caliklubben.dk with a notice of termination, as well as the name and email. Prepaid amounts are not refunded.
11. Personal Training
For the purchase of personal training, the termination policy "Section 10. Termination of Memberships" does NOT apply. If you no longer wish to continue personal training, you must send an email to info@caliklubben.dk with a notice of termination of the personal training subscription. Prepaid amounts are not refunded.
Personal Training without Cali Club's Permission
Providing personal training for commercial purposes in Cali Club's premises without prior agreement with Cali Club will result in immediate expulsion.
12. Animals
It is not allowed to bring animals into the center. The only exception is guide dogs and service dogs, which must wear a visible and approved service vest.
13. Music
You may not play music through brought separate speakers or on your phone.
Follow instructions from the staff. Follow verbal instructions from the staff if there is a need to turn down the volume.
14. Equipment
Our equipment must be treated with respect as if it were your own.
Dumbbells and bars must make contact with the floor before you release them.
Remember to clean up all loose equipment after you have used it. That makes everyone happy.
15. Personal Items and Storage
Lockers/shelves are not personal and must be emptied after training.
Storage and placement are at your own risk.
Bags, jackets, and similar items belong in the wardrobe in the reception and must not be brought around the center.
Cali Club assumes no responsibility for the items stored in lockers/shelves.
